• The "Parallels Pro" control panel allows you to manage all aspects of your hosting account.
• You are provided full FTP and SSH access to your webspace.
• PHPMyAdmin is a popular, powerful web-based interface for administering MySQL databases.
• You may have a script or task on your website or application that needs to run at a certain time each day or week. We allow you to use Cronjobs to accomplish this.

Email Features

• Web Based Email Access Squirrelmail software is already installed to your web hosting.
• We provide premium MailFoundry spam filtering for your email as standard.
• Auto responders can be setup from your control panel and allow you to setup a pre-written reply which will be sent instantly to anyone emailing a set email address.

Scripting & Development Features

• MySQl databases are easily created, managed and deleted from your web hosting control panel.
• We provide the latest PHP5. We run your own secure install of PHP, meaning you have full access to php.ini to make any necessary changes.
• Perl 5 is provided for your site. We run your own secure install of Perl and a massive amount of modules.
• ICGI is provided for your site, with its own cgi-bin for running your scripts securely.
• Server Side Includes (SSI) are fully supported and allow you to place includes in your web page templates

Continuous Data Protection allows us to backup all your data to a secure off-site location FOUR times per day. This means we will always have an extremely recent copy of your data in the event of a users accidental delete, or total server failure

Overview of CDP Backups

All servers utilise CDP backup technology as it allows for ultra reliable data backups to be taken extremely quickly, efficiently, and with more frequency when compared to traditional hosting backup systems.

Not only is your data backed up more frequently, it is also stored in a secure off-site location. Our private network transports our backups to a separate location, providing ultimate peace of mind even during “worst case” scenario situations where data recovery is required. An entire server can be reliably recovered from an extremely recent backup in just a couple of hours!
